New Issue: Barclays prices $400,000 12.6% callable contingent coupon notes on Nasdaq, Russell, EAFE

Chicago, Sept. 22 – Barclays Bank plc priced $400,000 of callable contingent coupon equity linked securities due Dec. 12, 2025 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, Russell 2000 index and MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 12.6% paid quarterly if the worst performing index closes at or above its 70% coupon barrier on the related valuation date.
The securities may be called at par after six months on any quarterly review date.
The payout at maturity will be par if the worst performing index ends at or above its 65% final barrier. Otherwise investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines.
