New Issue: TD Bank prices $23.85 million autocallable Strategic Accelerated Redemption Securities on Russell

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 7 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $23.85 million of autocallable Strategic Accelerated Redemption Securities due Aug. 25, 2028 linked to the performance of the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus an annualized call premium of 9.35% if the closing level of the index is equal to or greater than its initial level on any yearly observation date.

If the notes are not called at maturity, investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will be exposed to the index decline beyond 15%.
