New Issue: JPMorgan prices $4.26 million 9.05% yield notes linked to Nasdaq-100, Russell 2000

New York, Aug. 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.26 million of yield notes due Nov. 14, 2024 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 9.05%, paid monthly.

If the worst performing index finishes at or above 80% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% decline of the laggard index beyond 20%.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
