New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.45 million capped dual directional buffered return enhanced notes

New York, July 20 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.45 million of 0% capped dual directional buffered return enhanced notes due Oct. 3, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of that index’s return, capped at par plus 15.3%.

The payout will be par plus the absolute value of the worst performing index return if the worst performing index declines by no more than 15%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond 15%.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
