New Issue: GS Finance prices $573,000 notes linked to Russell, Dow, S&P

Tacoma, Wash., July 6 – GS Finance Corp. priced $573,000 of 0% index-linked notes due July 31, 2025 linked to the Russell 2000 index, the Dow Jones industrial average and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the return of each index is greater than or equal to zero, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.4 times the least performing index’s return.
If the return of any index is less than zero but the return of each index is greater than or equal to negative 5%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the least performing index declines beyond 5%.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
