New Issue: JPMorgan prices $3.58 million capped dual directional buffered return enhanced notes

New York, June 30 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.58 million of 0% capped dual directional buffered return enhanced notes due June 26, 2025 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index gains, the payout will be par plus 200% of that index’s return, capped at par plus 24%.

The payout will be par plus the absolute value of the worst performing index return if the worst performing index declines by no more than 20%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond 20%.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
