New York, June 20 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $309,000 of 0% enhanced trigger jump securities due Aug. 31, 2023 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index gains or ends above the 70% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par plus 10.5%. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the downside threshold level.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
