New Issue: Citigroup prices $75,000 digital notes linked to Russell, S&P

Chicago, June 16 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $75,000 of 0% digital notes due Feb. 5, 2026 linked to the Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 23.75%. Otherwise the payout will be par.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
