New Issue: JPMorgan prices $600,000 buffered digital notes linked to Nasdaq, Russell, S&P ETF

Chicago, June 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $600,000 of 0% buffered digital notes due Feb. 29, 2024 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, Russell 2000 index and SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing asset gains or declines but by no more than its 30% buffer, the payout at maturity will be par plus 7.25%. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% the worst performing asset declines beyond its buffer.

The notes are non-callable.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
