New Issue: GS Finance sells $488,000 index-linked notes on S&P, Russell, Nasdaq

Chicago, May 30 – GS Finance Corp. priced $488,000 of 0% index-linked notes due July 25, 2024 linked to the least performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

If the return of each index is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return of the least performing index, capped at 65%.

If any index falls but the return of each index is at least negative 15%, the payout will be par.

If any index falls by more than 15%, investors will be exposed to the decline of the worst performing index beyond 15%.
