New Issue: TD Bank prices $38,000 digital buffered notes linked to Russell 2000

Tacoma, Wash., May 17 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $38,000 of 0% digital buffered notes due June 5, 2025 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 15%, the payout at maturity will be par plus 23.7%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.
