By Kiku Steinfeld

Chicago, May 5 – Toronto-Dominion Bank $615,000 of 11.6% callable fixed interest barrier notes due Jan. 4, 2024 linked to the performance of the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly.

The notes may be called at par plus the contingent coupon on any monthly call observation date after six months.
