Chicago, May 3 – GS Finance Corp. priced $445,000 of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due Jan. 4, 2028 tied to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the index closes at or above its initial level on any annual call observation date, the notes will be called at par plus an annualized premium of 12.4%.
If the notes are not called and the index return is positive or zero, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and the threshold settlement amount of 25%.
If the index return is negative but not less than negative 25%, the payout will be par; otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the losses of the index.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the underwriter.
