New Issue: Citigroup prices $500,000 autocallable market-linked notes tied to three indexes

Chicago, May 1 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $500,000 of 0% autocallable market-linked notes due June 5, 2025 linked to the performance of the Dow Jones industrial average, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus a 7.5% call premium if each index closes at or above its initial level on June 5, 2023.

If the notes have not been called and each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return of the worst performer. Otherwise, investors will receive par.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
