New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $100,000 autocallable securities linked to S&P, Russell, Dow

Tacoma, Wash., April 27 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $100,000 of 0% autocallable securities due June 3, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

After one year, the notes will be automatically called at par plus 11.5% per year if each index closes at or above its call level on any semiannual call observation date. For each index, the call level is 100% of its initial level on May 31, 2023, 95% of its initial level on Nov. 29, 2023 and May 29, 2024 and 90% of its initial level on Nov. 27, 2024.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par plus 10% if the worst-performing index finishes at or above its threshold level, 90% of its initial level. If the worst-performing index finishes below its threshold level but at or above its knock-in level, 70% of its initial level, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the decline of the worst-performing index from its initial level.
