New Issue: UBS prices $2.71 million 6.2% buffer yield notes linked to Russell

Columbus, Ohio, April 27 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $2.71 million of 6.2% buffer yield notes due April 30, 2025 linked to the performance of the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is paid quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the index falls by more than 15%, in which case investors will have exposure to the losses of the index beyond 15%
