Buffalo, N.Y., April 26 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $1.29 million of 6.15% buffer yield notes due April 24, 2026 linked to the performance of the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is paid quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the worst performing index falls by more than 15%, in which case investors will have exposure to the losses of the worst performer beyond 15%
