New Issue: JPMorgan prices $4.12 million autocallable contingent interest notes on indexes, ETF

New York, April 14 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.12 million of autocallable contingent interest notes due April 15, 2026 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Utilities Select Sector SPDR Fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 8.4%, paid quarterly, if each underlier closes at or above its 70% coupon barrier on the related quarterly observation date, plus any previously unpaid coupons.

The securities will be called automatically at par if the closing level of each underlier is greater than or equal to its initial level on any quarterly review date starting Oct. 10, 2023.

At maturity, the payout will be par unless the worst performing asset finishes below its 60% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing asset.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
