New Issue: JPMorgan prices $7.83 million 9% yield notes linked to Nasdaq, Russell
New York, April 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $7.83 million of yield notes due May 9, 2024 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index and Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 9%, paid monthly.
If the worst performing index finishes at or above 80% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.25% for each 1% decline of the worst performing index beyond 20%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
