New Issue: JPMorgan prices $280,000 10.15% yield notes on S&P, Russell, Nasdaq

Chicago, March 29 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $280,000 of yield notes due Dec. 12, 2023 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 10.15%, paid monthly.
If the worst performing index gains or ends above its 70% trigger level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline in the worst performing index if it finished below its trigger.
The notes are non-callable.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
