New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.36 million Buffered PLUS linked to Dow, S&P, Russell

New York, March 28 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.36 million of 0% Buffered PLUS due Feb. 5, 2026 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the return of the worst performing index is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 142% of the return of that index.

Investors will receive par if the worst performing index declines by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond 10%.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
