New Issue: JPMorgan prices $4 million buffered digital notes linked to Russell 2000, S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., March 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4 million of 0% buffered digital notes due April 25, 2024 linked to the Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index finishes at or above 90% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 12.5%.

If the worst performer declines by more than 10% but finishes at or above the 75% digital barrier, the payout will be par plus 12.5% less 1% for each 1% decline of that index beyond 10%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% the worst performing index declines beyond 10%.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
