New Issue: Citigroup prices $1.39 million autocallable market-linked notes tied to three indexes

Buffalo, N.Y., March 21 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.39 million of 0% autocallable market-linked notes due March 20, 2028 linked to the performance of the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus a 9% annualized call premium if each index closes at or above its initial level on any annual valuation date.

If the notes have not been called and each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 45%. Otherwise, investors will receive par.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
