New Issue: JPMorgan prices $500,000 digital barrier notes linked to Russell, S&P
Chicago, March 3 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $500,000 of 0% digital barrier notes due May 18, 2023 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index ends above its 60% digital barrier the payout at maturity will be par plus 4.15%. The payout will be par if the worst performing index ends below its digital barrier but above its 50% downside threshold. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the downside threshold level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
