New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.17 million contingent interest notes linked to two indexes, EAFE ETF
New York, Jan. 26 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.17 million of contingent interest notes due Jan. 24, 2025 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 10.85%, paid monthly, if each underlier closes at or above its 75% trigger level on the related monthly observation date.
If the worst performing asset finishes at or above its 75% trigger value, the payout at maturity will be par plus the contingent coupon.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing asset declines from initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
