New Issue: Citigroup prices $1.07 million barrier securities linked to Russell 2000, S&P 500

New York, Jan. 26 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.07 million of 0% barrier securities due Jan. 23, 2026 linked to the Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 134.5% of that index return.

Investors will receive par if the worst performing index declines but ends at or above the 70% barrier and will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the barrier.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
