New Issue: Scotia prices $6.18 million capped gears linked to Russell 2000

Buffalo, N.Y., Jan. 24 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $6.18 million of 0% capped gears due Feb. 29, 2024 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum return of par plus 25.4%.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
