New Issue: UBS prices $3.6 million trigger autocallable contingent yield notes on indexes, ETF

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 11 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $3.6 million of trigger autocallable contingent yield notes with daily close monitoring due April 11, 2024 linked to the least performing of the Russell 2000 index, the VanEck Gold Miners ETF and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent monthly coupon at the rate of 21.1% per year if each asset closes at or above its coupon barrier, 65% of its initial level, on every day that period

The notes will be automatically called at par plus coupon if the shares of each asset close at or above 110% of its initial share price on any monthly call observation date after six months.

If the notes are not called and the final share price of each asset is greater than or equal to the downside threshold level, 65% of the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the loss of the worst performing asset.

UBS Securities LLC and UBS Investment Bank are the agents.
