New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $2.05 million enhanced trigger jump securities on indexes

New York, Jan. 3 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $2.05 million of 0% enhanced trigger jump securities due Nov. 26, 2027 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, Russell 2000 index and Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final level of each index is greater than or equal to its upside threshold value, 89.5% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 70%.

If the final level of any index is less than its upside threshold value but the final level of each index is greater than or equal to its downside threshold value, 70% of its initial level, the payout will be par.

If the final level of any index is less than its downside threshold value, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines.
