New Issue: Citigroup prices $1.39 million autocallable securities linked to Dow, Russell
New York, Dec. 29 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.39 million of 0% autocallable securities due Nov. 26, 2027 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The securities will be called automatically with a 7.5% annualized call premium if the worst performing index closes at or above its 90% buffer level on any quarterly review date starting Nov. 24, 2023.
If the worst performing index finishes at or above its buffer level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the premium for the final valuation date. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond 10%.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
