New Issue: JPMorgan prices $6.23 million digital notes linked to Russell, S&P, Nasdaq

Buffalo, N.Y., Dec. 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $6.23 million of 0% digital notes due Dec. 28, 2023 linked to the least performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each index closes at or above trigger level, 50% of initial level, on every trading day during the life of the notes and finish at or above trigger level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 10.8%.
If any index closes below trigger level during the life of the notes but each index finishes at or above initial levels, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the worst performer from its initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
