New Issue: JPMorgan prices $9.93 million 12.75% autocallable yield notes linked to Russell 2000, S&P 500
New York, Nov. 30 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $9.93 million of autocallable yield notes due Feb. 27, 2024 linked to the Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The securities will be called automatically starting Nov. 22, 2023 and on any subsequent determination date if each index closes at or above its initial level.
Investors will receive a coupon of 12.75%, paid quarterly.
If the worst performing index ends above its 75% downside threshold or any of the indexes ends above its initial value the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Otherwise investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
