New Issue: UBS prices $2.11 million trigger digital securities tied to S&P, Russell

Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 29 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $2.11 million of 0% trigger digital securities due Nov. 2, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 18.3% unless any index finishes below the 80% downside threshold, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performer from its initial level.

UBS Securities LLC and UBS Investment Bank are the agents.
