New Issue: Barclays prices $1 million barrier digital notes tied to S&P, Nasdaq, Russell

Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 10 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1 million of 0% barrier digital notes due Sept. 28, 2023 linked to the performance of the S&P 500 index, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each index finishes at or above its 65% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 11.15%
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performer from its initial level.
