New Issue: Citigroup prices $5.04 million 13.1% equity linked autocalls linked to Russell, S&P
New York, Nov. 1 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $5.04 million of 13.1% autocallable equity linked securities due Jan. 31, 2024 linked to the Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable quarterly.
The securities will be called automatically at par if the closing level of the worst performing index is greater than or equal to its initial level on Oct. 26, 2023.
If the notes have not been called, the payout at maturity will be par unless either index closes below its 75% final barrier during the life of the notes and either index finishes below its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the lesser-performing index finishes below its initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
