New Issue: Barclays sells $1.31 million autocallable fixed-coupon notes on S&P, Russell

Chicago, Oct. 26 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.31 million of autocallable fixed-coupon notes due May 31, 2023 linked to the least performing of the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 9.45%.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus the coupon if each index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly call date after six months.

If the notes are not called and each index finishes at or above 75% of its initial level on every day during the life of the notes or both indexes close above their initial levels, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the least-performing index from its initial level.
