New Issue: GS Finance sells $13.46 million 7.47% trigger callable yield notes on Russell 2000

Buffalo, N.Y., Oct. 10 – GS Finance Corp. priced $13.46 million of 7.47% trigger callable yield notes due Jan. 10, 2024 linked to the performance of the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

Interest is payable monthly.

The notes are callable at par on any monthly coupon payment date after three months.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 unless the index finishes below its 50% downside threshold level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the index from its initial level.
