New Issue: UBS prices $1.43 million capped airbag gears linked to Russell 2000

Chicago, Oct. 6 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $1.43 million of 0% capped airbag gears due Aug. 14, 2024 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the index return, subject to a maximum return of 34.32%.

If the index return is zero or negative and the final index level is greater than the downside threshold, 85% of the initial level, the payout will be par.

If the final index level is less than the downside threshold, investors will lose 1.1765% loss for each 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.

UBS Securities LLC and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
