New Issue: JPMorgan sells $4.53 million capped accelerated barrier notes linked to Russell

Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 29 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.53 million of 0% capped accelerated barrier notes due Sept. 23, 2027 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index’s final level is greater than 112% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 65.8% plus 0.658 times the gain of the index above 12%, subject to a maximum return of par plus 76.986%.

If the index’s final level is less than or equal to 112% of its initial level but greater than 92% of its initial level, the payout will be par plus 3.29 times the sum of the return plus an additional 8%.

If the index’s final level is less than or equal to 92% of its initial level but greater than or equal to 76% of its initial level, investors will lose 1.5% for every 1% decline beyond 8%.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the index’s decline from its initial level.
