New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.39 million uncapped digital barrier notes linked to Nasdaq, Russell, Dow

New York, Sept. 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.39 million of 0% uncapped digital barrier notes due Sept. 16, 2027 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, Russell 2000 index and Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index ends above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the worst performing index return and 56.1%. If the worst performing index ends below its initial level but at or above its 70% upper barrier, the payout will be par plus 10%. If the worst performing index ends below its upper barrier but at or above the 60% lower barrier, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the lowerbarrier.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
