New Issue: JPMorgan prices $533,000 autocallable barrier notes linked to S&P, Russell, Nasdaq

Chicago, July 25 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $533,000 of 0% autocallable barrier notes due Jan. 4, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, Russell 2000 index and Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index gains, the payout will be par plus the worst performing index return. Investors will receive par if the worst performing index declines but ends at or above its 60% barrier and will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the barrier level.

The notes will be called automatically at par starting Dec. 29, 2022 and on any subsequent annual review date at a premium of 8% per year if the worst performing index closes at or above its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
