New Issue: JPMorgan prices $3.32 million autocallable contingent interest notes on three indexes

New York, July 20 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.32 million of autocallable contingent interest notes due April 20, 2023 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon equal to 13.25004% per year, paid monthly, if each underlying index closes at or above its 70% trigger level on the related monthly observation date.

The securities will be called automatically at par if the closing level of each underlying index is greater than or equal to its initial level on any monthly review date starting Oct. 17.

If the notes have not been called, the payout at maturity will be par unless any index closes below its trigger level during the life of the notes and any index finishes below its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performer finishes below its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
