New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.24 million autocallable accelerated barrier notes on S&P, Russell, Nasdaq

New York, July 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.24 million of 0% autocallable accelerated barrier notes due July 3, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, Russell 2000 index and Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index gains the payout will be par plus 200% of the worst performing index return. Investors will receive par if the worst performing index declines but ends at or above its 70% barrier, and they will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the barrier level.

The notes will be called automatically on July 3, 2023 at a premium of 19% if the worst performing index closes above 100% of its initial value.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
