New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.17 million review notes linked to S&P, Russell
New York, June 30 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.17 million of 0% review notes due Dec. 19, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called automatically at a premium of 9.2% per year if the worst performing index closes at or above its initial value on any semiannual review date starting Dec. 19, 2022.
If the worst performing index ends at or above its 70% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines from its initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
