New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.1 million review notes linked to Dow, Russell, Nasdaq
New York, June 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.1 million of 0% review notes due June 25, 2027 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, Russell 2000 index and Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called automatically at par plus a premium of 12.5% per year if the worst performing index closes at or above its initial value on any annual review date.
If the worst performing index ends at or above its 70% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines from its initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
