New Issue: Citigroup sells $1.77 million market-linked securities on Russell, S&P

Buffalo, N.Y., June 27 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.77 million of market-linked securities due Dec. 28, 2023 linked to the least performing of the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 120% of the return of the least performing index, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 15.15%.
If the worst performer declines, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the worst performer to a minimum payout of 95% of par.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
