By Kiku Steinfeld
Chicago, June 6 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1 million of 8.05% autocallable yield notes due Feb. 22, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, Russell 2000 index and ARK Innovation ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable monthly.
The securities will be called automatically at par if each asset closes at or above its initial level on May 16, 2022, Aug. 16, 2022 or Nov. 16, 2022.
If each asset closes at or above its downside threshold on every day during the life of the notes or each asset finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing asset declines.
