New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.73 million Dual Directional Trigger PLUS on S&P, Russell, Dow
New York, June 3 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.73 million of 0% Dual Directional Trigger PLUS due May 28, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the return of the worst performing index is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 135% of the return of that index.
Investors will receive a 0.5% gain for each 1% loss in the worst performing underlying index if that index declines but finishes at or above the 65% principal barrier. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the worst performer from initial level.
