New Issue: JPMorgan sells $4.34 million uncapped digital barrier notes linked to Russell, Nasdaq, Dow

Columbus, Ohio, May 24 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.34 million of 0% uncapped digital barrier notes due May 20, 2027 linked to the least performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the least performing index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the least performing index’s return and 74.5%.
If the worst performer declines but finishes at or above its barrier level, 80% of its initial level, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performer from its initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
