New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.83 million autocallable contingent interest notes on three indexes
New York, May 24 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.83 million of autocallable contingent interest notes due Nov. 21, 2023 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 13.7%, paid monthly, if each underlying index closes at or above its 70% coupon barrier on the related monthly observation date.
The securities will be called automatically at par, starting Aug. 16 and on any subsequent monthly review date, if the level of each underlying index is greater than or equal to its initial level.
If the notes have not been called, the payout at maturity will be par unless any index closes below its 60% trigger level during the life of the notes and any index finishes below its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performer finishes below its initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
